With an IT capacity of 133 MW and a vacancy rate of just 11% as of Q1 2024, the Zurich region remains one of the top secondary data center locations in Europe. The total Swiss data center rental stock amounted to over 219,000 sq m as of Q2 2024, with more than 50% in the canton of Zurich alone.
