Along with local expertise, we offer our clients one-stop services within the Capital Markets structure in Switzerland that span the areas of: Office Investment, Hotel Investment, Retail Investment, Residential, Industrial and Logistics Investment as well as Real Estate Finance. At an international level, we are integrated into the cross-border structure of CBRE’s global investment line and also offer international Investment and Equity Placement capabilities.

We can produce an impressive track record based on our sound know-how, client-centric approach, interdisciplinary way of working and the extensive personal experience of each of our consultants in transactions, in powerful combination with the expertise of the entire team. Our broadly positioned Capital Markets team which operates on a nationwide basis has provided support for successful transactions in Switzerland worth around CHF 6.1 billion in the last five years, which makes it one of the market leaders. In 2017, we advised on a transaction volume (closed and ongoing) of some CHF 2 billion.
