CBRE Switzerland regularly publishes its Switzerland Office Take-up Index. The index is based on advertisements on real estate online marketplaces and tracks the quarterly volumes of space leased in the Swiss office market. It is a highly up-to-date indicator of office demand and is presented for all of Switzerland as well as for three geographic submarkets. The latest index graphs are available for download on the right.
