By the end of 2020, 224,400 sq m were commissioned, which is 42% lower than in 2019 (388,100 sq m), but exceeds completions volume in 2018 by almost 70% (132,700 sq m).

Overall vacancy rate at the end of 2020 amounted to 11%, which is almost 2 p. p. higher than at the end of 2019 (9.1%).

2020 take-up volume exceeded 1.2 million sq m, which is 30% lower than in 2019. The last time such a significant decrease in demand, also 30%, was observed was in 2014.

Tenants and buyers showed interest in the highest quality segment, but looked for commercially attractive available options, often in more decentralized areas.
