<description><![CDATA[The Global corporate Services department at CB Richard Ellis advised L’Oréal in the letting of 6.150 m² in the Atlantis Business Park to the North-West of Brussels, close to the Ringroad. From 2011 onwards, L’Oréal will occupy about half of the Bridge building.

L’Oréal agreed to terms on the building because of its highly efficient and practical office space, its good accessibility by both public transport and car, and its visibility. L’Oréal was also persuaded by the green aspects of the Atlantis Business Park, which was the first property in Brussels being granted a “Breeam – Very good” Certificat. As another incentive, L’Oréal will also benefit from a fiscal discount on local taxes.

The Bridge Buidling is part of the Atlantis Business Park. A 30.000 m² office development by Codic (developer) and owned by UBS Real Estate Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH (UBS (D) EuroInvest Immobiliën).

(NYSE: CBG) today announced that it has been selected by Shell (LSE: RDSA / RDSB) to provide transaction and portfolio management services across its European retail portfolio. The assignment will see CBRE take management of delivering real estate services to Shell’s retail portfolio in the region, encompassing more than 6,000 sites across 17 European countries including: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Hungary, Italy, UK, Poland, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Austria, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands.
