CBRE strenghtens its presence in Switzerland

New Professionals Have Joined Leading Real Estate Advisor In 2012

Geneva, 27 April 2012 – Leading real estate advisor CBRE with 40 employees in Switzerland has expanded its operations in both its Zurich and Geneva offices in response to growing demand for services in the country’s key French and German speaking markets:

• Thomas Allemann has been hired as a Director in charge of business development out of Zurich. Thomas has worked successively with Herzog & Meuron and Crédit Suisse before creating a commercial real estate advisory company (BBVE) in Zurich.

• Vincent Leroux joins CBRE from DTZ where he was Head of Belgium Research and Global Geomatics after having worked for a geomarketing consultant in Brussels. As an Associate Director, Vincent will be responsible for research, marketing and business development out of Geneva.

• Fabrice Chassaud strengthens the Building Consultancy department as an architect benefiting from a vast experience as project manager and client representative for mixed-used projects in the Alps as well as construction manager for the University of Lausanne, where he was responsible for the delivery of the earth sciences, political and social sciences buildings.

• Karim Chami has also joined the Building Consultancy team as an architect. He has five years of experience as an architect in New Zealand and Switzerland.
